5 Free Organizer Service to Raise your Productivity

In this new year, surely there are so many resolution and target you want to reach. Probably the targets are new targets or can be old targets you haven’t reached in previous year.

To reach your target optimally, you should certainly do ACTION! Planning and thinking wouldn’t be enough to reach all your goals. To do ACTION regularly, it would be better for you to create to do list or activity list to be finished. This “to do list” would help you to stay focus in every ACTION needed to reach your targets and goals.

Here are 5 free organizers and to do list management service which could help you to raise your productivity in reaching your goals.

1. Todo.ly
This service is my favorite online management. Its display is so simple but suitable for me. After login, you’ll get form to put to do list activity also when would be the deadline from the activity. Then you just have to tick all activities you have done.
I’ve used free version of this service and it’s proven to raise my productivity in working. One thing what made me falling in love using Todo.ly is its simplicity. You have to try it too!

2. Todoist
Almost identical with Todo.ly, Todoist is also to do list management service you can use for free. Unfortunately, features you can enjoy for free are very limited. If you want to get its premium feature, Todoist actually has richer features than Todo.ly. However, if you only want to use its free version only, I suggest you to select Todo.ly as your to do list management service.

3. Google Calendar
As its name, this service is a free service from Google. Google Calendar is more complex than Todo.ly. Through Google Calendar, you can make to do list activity and watch it in daily, weekly, monthly, four days, and activities agenda display.
Google Calendar can be synchronized with your Gmail account, so you can get reminder via Email for all activities you should be finished.
For you who need free complex organizer, Google Calendar can be your option.

4. Yahoo Calendar
Yahoo Calendar has similar feature and function with Google Calendar. But in appearance, this Yahoo Calendar is far simpler and attractive. For Yahoo fans, you can choose to use Yahoo Calendar than Google Calendar.

5. Remember the Milk
Remember the Milk is a popular to do list online service. Its feature is complete, but its easiness level is less. If Todo.ly is already interactive (supporting drag and drop feature, etc), in Remember the Milk the interactive features are still not supported.

However, as free service, Remember the Milk can be said to have complete features, included: task management, reminder also organizer.

One thing you should remember is, the fifth organizer services and to do list management online above are just supporting tools to discipline you in doing ACTION. It means, whether you can reach your target or not is depended on ACTION to ACTION you finished. Cheer up!
