Latest information from Google stated that Google today is trying a new design for YouTube, which seemed inspired from Google+. The Giant search engine machine tried to experiment with design and new feature to YouTube which seemed not finished yet.
It was announced via post shared by Chand Hamal Thakuri via Google+ which firstly reported via OMG!Chrome! website, which through the new design later, YouTube is expected to be more user-friendly, neat, also improve their navigation and integration with Google Plus.
In its homepage (when you’re not login yet) will show the most played video. On the right side, there would be panel presented Now Playing and Recommended. Below it, there will be “Best of YouTube” from categories: music, sports, and game.
If you’re login, there will be various menu options you can get, such as – Watch Later, Watch History, Now Playing, Recommended, etc. on the right side, there would be displayed Recommended Channels according to your interest.
Now, how can we see that YouTube new looks? Hmm, if you really want to try it, you can do it via Google Chrome. SOT suggested to use the latest version – because SOT once tried and found the old version could not accommodate this tutorial.
It is so simple:
1. Open YouTube by your Google Chrome browser.
2. Press on Ctrl+Shift+J button on your Keyboard, then type this sentence:
Your GC browser will display a message as if it is error, but it’s not a matter.
3. Restart or re-load the page, then you’ll get the new looks of YouTube.
4. When tried to play a video, it seems like no significant difference.
Seemed like this YouTube new design make us easier to get video we wanted. Especially if you have a lurking-video as hobby. You’ll get interesting suggestion by using Recommended feature from YouTube.
