Although main browser I commonly used is Mozilla Firefox, but Google Chrome is my second favorite browser. It because Google Chrome is fast and easy when it is used to browse the internet. Do you know there are many hidden features in Google Chrome which is inactive in default?? In this article, I will show you how to activate hidden features in Google Chrome.
This hidden features in Google Chrome is able to make your Google Chrome faster, more advanced, more “different”, but also able to make your Google Chrome instable and easier to be crashed. No wonder because some of Google Chrome’s hidden features are still experimental feature.
From the experiment I’ve done, activating “GPU Compositing on All Pages” feature and “Threaded Compositing” will make browsing process faster and website display become softer.
You can try yourself the other hidden features and activate the good one according to you. How? Just follow this short guidance:
1. Make sure you use the latest version of Google Chrome browser. The latest version of Google Chrome Browser can be downloaded here (Offline Installer):
2. open your Google Chrome then type on (or copy + paste) this code in address bar:
3. Press Enter and you’d be taken into the hidden features like this.
4. Just Enable features you wanted and click on Relaunch Now if you’ve finished.
Now the hidden features you’ve activated would be active at once and can be used. I only activate “GPU Compositing on All Pages” and “Threaded Compositing” features, because in experiment I’ve done, the result can bring website loading process faster and softer when it is used for browsing.
You have to do your own experiment to get the most advanced Google Chrome features’ “formula” as you wanted. I hope it would be useful for you. :)
