Few days ago, BlackBerry service got down for several days, especially on Europe, Middle East, Africa, India, Brazil and Chile. It made many BlackBerry users disappointed. As reaction to the BlackBerry service down, RIM Co-CEO, Mike Lazaridis, apologized to all BlackBerry users all over the world. In addition of apologizing, RIM also offered 12 premium applications worth $100 for free for all Blackberry users. This premium application can be received for free started on October 19th 2011 tomorrow, to the next December 31st 2011. What are the free applications?
Here is the list of 12 BlackBerry premium application which shared for free until the next December 2011:

2. Bejeweled – Electronic Arts
3. N.O.V.A. – Gameloft
4. Texas Hold’em Poker 2 – Gameloft
5. Bubble Bash 2 – Gameloft
6. Photo Editor Ultimate – Ice Cold Apps
7. DriveSafe.ly Pro – iSpeech.org
8. iSpeech Translator Pro – iSpeech.org
9. Drive Safe.ly Enterprise – iSpeech.org
10. Nobex Radio™ Premium – Nobex
11. Shazam Encore – Shazam
12. Vlingo Plus: Virtual Assistant – Vlingo
Totally, those applications worth $100. You can download those applications for free from Blackberry App World.
In addition of applications above, RIM also gave a month Technical support for free for all RIM Enterprise customers. Customer who doesn’t have technical support will also get a month technical support for free. It’s all given by RIM as apologize of their down service on the past few days.
Just as we know, nowadays, competition among mobile companies gets harder. If RIM doesn’t careful and lost their customer’s trust, not impossible that BlackBerry users will turn into other mobile phone.
