How to find out your sleeping time accurately

Have you felt tired, uncomfortable, your chest felt hot and other uncomfortable feeling when you wake up in the morning? If the answer is yes, you probably sleep and wake up not in the right time! What does it mean? Yup. It’s true that human has their own cycle to sleep and awake. If you sleep in the right time, when you wake up, you’ll feel so fresh and full of energy. But if you sleep in less precise time, you’ll feel uncomfortable things above. Then, how we can find out the good time to sleep for us?

2. Fill in wake hour you wanted. For example, I want to wake up at 5 in the morning, so I just have to set wake up time to 5:00 AM. Then click on “Calculate”


3. Several moments later, the suggested sleep time will be displayed.


From example above, it can be seen that the precise sleeping time for me, if I want to wake up at 5 in the morning freshly is: 8 PM or 9.30 PM or 11 PM or 00.30 AM.

You can conform which sleeping time to be selected according to sleeping length you wanted. For example, I want to sleep for 6 ours, so I opt to sleep at 11 PM so I can wake up at 5 AM freshly.

What you should remember is, try to sleep about 15 minutes before the suggested time. It because adult used to need 14-15 minutes time to sleep slumbering.
