3. Several moments later, the suggested sleep time will be displayed.
From example above, it can be seen that the precise sleeping time for me, if I want to wake up at 5 in the morning freshly is: 8 PM or 9.30 PM or 11 PM or 00.30 AM.
You can conform which sleeping time to be selected according to sleeping length you wanted. For example, I want to sleep for 6 ours, so I opt to sleep at 11 PM so I can wake up at 5 AM freshly.
