SOT once discussed about various Windows software which are exciting to be used for reading manga or komik. This time SOT will add one more software to make you happier, moreover if you’re a fan of MS Office 2010 – since this software is inspired by Ribbon system in Office 2010.

CBR is a portable application to read comic or manga with CBZ and CBR format, including zip and RAR. This Sofwtare seemed like inspired by MS Office 2010 by the existence of Ribbon-based User Interface. CBR makes you possible to read comic, manage your comic collection, also do conversion between PDF, RAR, CBR, CBZ, image format and XPS file formats. It made it different with previous software discussed by SOT!

Interface of this CBR has many buttons. Unfortunately, it sometimes confuse us if we don’t want to learn it first. In order to start, you just have to click on “Add” button which is located in the middle of upper bar.

When comic is already opened, you can manage it by clicking on documents button on the top bar.

There are many options for you to read comfortably. One page or two pages? All are provided by CBR for your comfort.

One of the cool thing from this software is, effect which shown as if you really turn a page in real condition. Pretty interesting and bring new experience in reading comic or manga.

By CBR, in addition of reading comfortably and manage your own Library for comic collection, you can also do conversion from one comic format to another format which made you reading more comfortable. However, the weakness is, there are many buttons which made this software less simple and made people who lazy to learn it got bothered first without effort to learn it.
