Scirocco Take a Break is an application with simple interface. You can start, pause, or stop Timer and view your working statistic and your rest time.
When you clicked on Preference, then you can configure the program as you need. You can specify Main Timer (Timer for working) and Break Timer (time to take a rest), Snooze Time (maximum time to postpone a rest), Snooze Limit Count (most time to postpone the rest). Selecting security type when you’re taking a rest (Security on Break), Visual Alert and select sound you want to use to remind you (Audio Alert).
This application is also able to display your working graphic, also monitoring your work habit so you can manage the most effective and efficient working time.
By using this application, you can avoid some disease caused by less rest and too much working in front of computer such as:
1. Dehydration, caused by lack of drinking when working in front of computer.
2. Malnutrition, caused by lack of eating when working in front of computer (it also happened for gamer).
